Customer facing businesses require excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and fast problem solving skills. As a key member of the Chair Remedy team, you are responsible for providing remote support to customers with a potential range of issues with their motorized wheelchairs. All training and documentation will be provided for you to assist customers to a successful resolution of any problem they may face as quickly as possible.
